The Learning Management System (LMS) can Fast Track employee training and ensure regulatory training compliance. You can accelerate knowledge transfer, track the competencies of workers and evaluate the effectiveness of training allowing for continuous improvement of training initiatives.
The LMS becomes the entrance point for the employee and the control point for the administrator. It links to the Knowledge Portal that we create on the Clients intranet and their Document Management System (DMS). It also links to other areas that contain information that is important for the employee to view such as web based training, videos, classroom instruction, etc.

The LMS includes the following components: a Login section for the employee, administrator or supervisor, a directory to the Learning Requirements, and an evaluation section. It also includes an administrator section for control and report generation.
